We were approached to renovate this traditional block of four apartments in North Bondi, as well as add two new one-bedroom units within the roof space.

Faced with the challenge of retaining the street frontage and minimising overshadowing on the apartments behind, the resultant design is a discreet contemporary addition that seeks to detract as little as possible from the existing post-war block.

A decaying building has been given new life with a restored exterior and contemporary interior finishes.
