An extensive renovation provided new life to this 40-year-old home in North Bondi. The re-organization of spaces within the existing shell resulted in a home that better suits the evolving requirements of the family. Special attention was given to improving the connections between the living spaces and the existing garden and pool, resulting in a home that feels open and relaxed. This project exemplifies the significant impact that careful spatial planning, details and finishes can achieve without the need to start from scratch.
